Three new sketches

This was during the first week of March…..the day started slowly  in the Space Gallery so I drew a sketch of the Soyuz capsule.

In the course of conversation, the Security Officer happened to mention the “water tower” at the back.  Given that was the weekly theme on Urban Sketchers, I took notice.  With an aircraft wing in the view, I just had to paint it.  I went out back after my shift was over to do so.

The fourth one is the water tower in my neighborhood.  The tank in my neighborhood is camouflaged by a painting of evergreen trees on it.  I found it difficult to convey the difference, though, in this sketch.
