Press Day at Museum

My usual day at the Museum of Flight.  It was very busy.  Lots of visitors plus there was a special event for the press to tour the Space Shuttle Full Fuselage Trainer (FFT).

Don King, President and CEO of the Museum, talks to a member of the press.  He held still long enough that I could do a quick 5 minute sketch. It’s not a very good likeness of either of them but I got the gist of the scene.

Nice article and video in local newspaper today.  I expect to see pieces from today’s event in tomorrow’s media.

Here are a couple photos from the event, too:

He was one of the regular visitors.  I liked that he wore the Star Trek shirt for the visit and tour.
