This odd installation of statues was in Westlake Center over the summer.  I took the photo in August when a friend was here.  If I’d not been showing him the area, I’d have taken time to do a sketch while I was there.  I intended to go back but never did.

I found it very amusing that a cyclist had locked the bike to the leg of the standing figure! And yes, the trees really were painted blue.  I do not know why.  It didn’t have to do with the installation as they are still blue.
