Mailbox on 116th

I’ve liked this mailbox as it’s a bit old fashioned and stands in front of a nicely textured fence in front of thick trees and shrubs.  It’s the second in what will be my occasional focus on mailboxes.  This is the sort of mailbox one sees in the country, though my area is a more suburban.  Only a few years ago there were still horses in small fields nearby.  Those have all now gone in favor of pocket developments.
