Yorkshire Rose

The Yorkshire Rose (Rosa Alba Semiplena) bushes  in my back garden are in full bloom. They only do so once a year, being an old rose species. But their scent fills the house when the windows are open!

I have two of them,.  They were purchased in February 2001 from Christianson’s nursery in Mt. Vernon.  They were not quite 2 feet high and very pruned back.  Now they reach to nearly the second story of the house
