The traffic to an appointment in Bellevue was much lighter than the WSDOT website indicated. So I arrived over an hour early.  I drove right on past the office and on to the beautifully serene Bellevue Botanical Garden.  It was a much better choice to walk
among the flowers than wait in a boring office.

I did a sketch of the toad sculpture, Goldiwarts.  She doubles as a donation collection site with a slit in the log.

The bees were busy.
