Danny Woo Garden

Seattle Urban Sketchers met for our regular monthly sketch outing in the Danny Woo Community Garden.

I’d been there before and, as I did last time, I combined both the garden and a view of the city in my sketch.

For the second one, I wandered the garden, sketching vignettes.

I had my sketchbook clipped open, the palette clipped to it and the waterbrush held in the clip.  No set up and take down as I sketched standing up.

We met in the historic Panama Hotel to share our sketches.

More photos here…. mostly of the garden and the views of the city.
