Day 3: to Lake Louise

Day 3: moving on to Lake Louise in Alberta.

Prior to checking out of our hotel, I did a quick sketch of the view from the window with the autumn colors on the trees.

We stopped at Tim Horton’s for lunch.  They have an amazing variety of donuts! This is the device they use to inject custard into them.

At a rest stop we saw a wheel chair accessible picnic table!  I don’t think I’ve ever seen one in the US.

After we settled into our hotel, we went to dinner at a historic railroad restaurant.
