Bent Burger

Today I had a lot of tasks and errands that took me all over the south side.  I drove into Georgetown, then to Daniel Smith’s and on to Columbia City.  By then it was lunch time so I thought I’d go to the cafe in the new(ish) Third Place Books in the Seward Park neighborhood on my way home from Columbia City.   But I passed Bent Burgers and thought I’d give it a try as it looked rather funky.  Sure enough, it had a comic book theme with lots of book covers on the walls.  The counter had some superhero posters and masks hung from the support poles.

It was a decent burger.  But it’s really about the sketching.
