For months, I’ve been going to Social Watercolor at the Daniel Smith mothership Seattle store. Jodi, our host, always has fun ideas to demonstrate. We can either try them out or do our own thing.
She always brings treats and there is good coffee. Today she baked shortbread for us!
Today was Watercolor gift tags. She made such beautiful examples.
I played around with a particular red paint that “pushed” through the water on paper really nicely.
There are about 2 of these activities a month so check back in January if you are near by. They are lots of fun and the company of other artists is delightful.
