Dippy workshop

Yesterday morning I participated in a workshop via Zoom…Danny Gregory’s “Dip into Dip Pens” from Sketchbook Skool.

I’ve used dip pens on and off for decades. Like Danny, I’m mostly self taught. Most of what was presented I already knew but I did pick up a bit more information about care, use and maintenance. Put my ink stained nib in a ink sample container filled with Goulet pen cleaner and that nib is pristine this morning.

This is two of the exercises combined. Watercolor added after the workshop.
