Yesterday morning, I stopped for a spot of breakfast, a piece of quiche, and to do a sketch prior to going to Trader Joe’s next door. Pie Lab is a new shop where I now always stop prior to going int ot TJ’s. They have mini pies that are about 3 inches across… perfect for a single serving.
